Kavoruni participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you click on a link to a retailer and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This allows us to keep the Service free. We only recommend products and retailers we believe provide value.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
